Janet W.’s Story
Janet shares her story about her family’s struggle with Covid, all sick, and ultimately the loss of her beloved husband, Ed. This is the story of Janet’s survival along w her daughter & son-in-law.
Ed was hospitalized for four days from 1/14/22-1/18/22. He returned home despite having received 1 1/2 doses of Remdesivir, stopped at request of Janet. While home both Janet and daughter became ill as well. Five days later Ed became so weak and ill, he was back in the hospital where he was vented on 1/27/22.
In the meantime, Janet herself, delirious from onset of high fever, was also admitted on 1/26/22. Unbeknownst to the family at that time, Ed had been moved to the ICU.
Her daughter and son had told the hospital no vent for their father. The hospital circumvented their request, told sickly Janet that she had two choices; let her husband die or ventilate him. The hospital refused to consider all requests for alternative medicines or protocols. Janet’s loving husband died on 2/4/22.
Despite this tragedy, her daughter fought through her own Covid, received support from Front Line Nurse Advocates and a Frontline doctor. Together they brought Janet home to survive and continue her life as mother and grandmother.
The hospital failed Janet and her family. Not only was their “informed consent” obtained through coercion and duress but the hospital also failed to even try any other protocol or alternative medicines.
Janet, her family, and all the loved ones whose lives have been lost to the killer protocol Remdesivir, we honor here.
For Janet’s beloved husband Ed and his surviving family, we at the Humanity Betrayal Memory Project, seek an end to the injustices being committed everyday in our hospitals through the use of the Remdesivir protocol.
