Judith Lee Dulworth received two Moderna vaccines.  The first one on April 7, 2021, and the second, on May 13, 2021.  Three months later in August of 2021, she began having symptoms.

Judith fell down and could not get up.  This happened two or three times, and she instructed her sister to call 911, after falling again.

On January 13, 2022, she sought medical attention and was admitted to Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, Indiana.  Her daughter, Melody, was her advocate, and was with her much of the time while Judith as hospitalized.

At that time, Dr. Voe diagnosed Judith with blood clots in her lungs and along with a blood bacteria infection.  Her covid test was negative.  Melody asked for something to be given to her mother to remove the clots.  They told her, “No.”

January 24, 2022, Judith had an IV inserted into her arm that was causing swelling.  Both Judith and Melody asked if it could be removed, and the staff would not allow it.  At this time, they moved Judith to ICU, Melody asked why, and they responded, “To keep a closer watch on her.”

She was in ICU and within twenty-four hours, they had vented her –  in the wee hours of the morning.  Melody had gone home for a few hours, and upon her return she saw a horrible sight of blood all over – on her nose, neck, arms, the pillows, and there were blood blisters on her arms.  Melody asked what had happened, and nobody would give her a direct answer.  After that happened, Judith gave Melody a death grip on her hand.  Melody felt that she was saying she didn’t want to die.  “If I die, I would like an autopsy, because, you deserve to know what I died from.”

There was no autopsy.  Melody asked for one at two different times, but she was denied by staff of her mother’s request.  When they vented her, they hurt her.

Seven months after the last vaccine injection, she looked like she was 90 years old.
