Was the victim treated differently as a result of disclosing their vax status?: idk
Mary's stroke was not treated in a timely manner. Dr said giving Remdesivir was a mistake. Family questions why Mary was given heavy sedatives.
Name of Victim: Mary Lou Fosnaugh
Date of onset of symptoms: 12/21/2021
First sought medical attention: 12/22/2021
Admitted to hospital: 12/22/2021
Treatment received at hospital: Cruelly mistreated
Experience in hospital:
My mother was transported by ambulance to the ER on 12/22/21 for severe dehydration, suspected elevated BP, and suspected stroke symptoms. My father was denied entry with my mother, and my family was not allowed in to advocate for her care, as my mother was completely incoherent. As soon as the Covid test was positive, the hospital administered Remdesivir, Dexamethasone, Heparin, Ativan, Fentanyl, and Narcan despite family repeatedly declining any of these meds without consulting with a doctor first over the phone before any medications were given. She went from swinging at the doctor and screaming no to a completely vegetative state after getting these drugs. These drugs led to her decline and inappropriate stroke treatment as my mother did not get a TPA injection that may have reversed or stopped the ischemic stroke she suffered. She didn’t get an MRI until the next day as her kidney and heart function was declining. No nutrition was given for another day or two. She never saw an actual neurologist as requested and only a teleneurologist on an iPad. Doctors continually tried to ventilate her even with oxygen saturation in the 90’s. Doctors did not use appropriate antibiotics or alternative treatments that could have helped. We were kept in the dark by these doctors and nurses. She died alone on 12/29/21 and was denied visitation or any last rites by a priest the entire stay.
Was the victim informed about remdesivir's EUA status?: no
Informed of RMV side effects?: no
Was there consent for the use of remdesivir?: no
Person being interviewed: Alicia Johnston
Relationship To Victim: Daughter
Pursuing legal action?: would
Engaging in activism: yes
What types of activism: I tell everyone that I know my mom’s story. It is documented on protocolkills.com. I also have attended political rallies to speak with candidates and our county sheriff to advocate for legislation to be passed to allow patients an advocate or religious council in the hospital, and to prosecute the criminals working in these hospitals. I intend to continue to pursue this.
I just want justice for my mom. She was a loving wife, mother, mother in law, grandmother of 6, and friend. We are devastated and completely lost without her.

My mother was not able to consent or understand.

We were kept in the dark by these doctors and nurses. We were lied to and told we could not visit by a hospice nurse when my dad was talked into signing a DNR, and then the hospice nurse pushed my brother and father into the room for 10 minutes to say goodbye. I never was allowed in because I was told she would be isolated for 21 days. She died alone on 12/29/21 and was denied visitation or any last rites by a priest the entire stay.
