My dad woke up Monday morning September 20, 2021 with what he thought was allergies.  We had been camping all weekend and he had the window open so he thought he came down with allergies. He thought what he was feeling was a cold for that week,  but started to coming down with some more serious symptoms on Friday, September 24th.

Therefore, he decided to take a couple days off and rest.  Sunday,  September 26th, he woke up, seemed confused, had stomach issues, and just wasn’t feeling well so my mother got a oxygen reader.  His oxygen was in the 70s so they decided he was going to have to go to the hospital that day so they took him to Green Bay‘s Bellin hospital. He tested positive for Covid pneumonia, ARDS, and hypoxia.

They immediately made my mother and my daughter leave and checked him into ICU. My dad was able to walk in with no difficulty breathing and just wanted a little oxygen. They said he would be home in a couple days.  Immediately they administered Remdesivir and Precedex against our wishes.  My mother was battling Covid at the same time and she told the hospital NO Remdesivir upon his admittance.

She was not asked to sign any documents or paperwork.  We were not allowed to see him.  They kept his phone and iPad out of his reach so he could not call us without their assistance.

They put him on the protocol and many more medications which let to kidney failure and the hospital euthanizing him.  My father was a healthy 78 year old with no comorbidities and was still working full time running a construction business.
