The Interview with Yvonne Ramos
My Beloved Husband
Yvonne and her 51 year old husband, Kevin, both became ill with Covid at almost the same time. Yvonne was hospitalized on Nov. 5, 2021 and Kevin on Nov 6th.
Yvonne was admitted to the Covid unit but the following day, no beds were available when Kevin arrived by ambulance. He remained in the ER and was placed on a ventilator within 24 hours. The hospital did not inform Yvonne or ask for her consent though she was only floors away.
Yvonne was released 8 days later. Kevin was isolated from everyone. But Yvonne was able to briefly see her husband whom she had known for 31 years, a U.S. Army Veteran, Reserves Chaplain, and father of her children. Kevin was dying.
She begged for alternative protocols including Ivermectin. Medical records show Kevin was given over 50 different drugs including fentanyl, paralytic, and morphine.
Kevin’s kidneys failed. He was on dialysis. With no medical recourse available other than ending Kevin’s life, Yvonne made the heartwrenching decision to remove Kevin from the ventilator. Pressured by staff to sign a DNR, Yvonne watched helplessly as Kevin fought for air, gasping, for 30 minutes until his fight was over.
Kevin was a robust, healthy, joyful man whose life was cut short as a result of the national hospital protocol that financially rewards death over life.
We honor Kevin’s memory and his family by seeking justice for all who have suffered under the continuing medical tyranny.
