My husband and I knew something was off from the get-go. When talk of vaccines began in summer of 2020, we advised our grown up children not to touch the vaccines, but to trust their God-given immune systems. During the summer of 2021, unknown to us, our daughter, Ruth, attended a pop-up vax clinic in her hometown, Ballymena. She later confided in us in November 2021, that she had only needed one (1) vaccine to gain entry to a music festival in England just a month before, in September 2021.  She did not discuss any health issues at this time.

By the end of November, we noticed some weight loss and she had had a dizzy episode.  In January 2022, her flatmate ‘tested positive’ for COVID-19 and they were isolated for 2 weeks.  At the end of this period, Ruth took what she thought were ‘flu symptoms.  By the time the flatmate raised the alarm and contacted me, it was too late for Ruth.  When I got to her apartment, upon seeing her, I immediately dialed emergency ambulance.  I began CPR as the ambulance crew arrived.  They worked on her for an hour, but she was gone.

We waited 8 months for full coroner’s report.  Cause of death was given as “Addison’s disease.”  Very little research revealed several issues. First, Addison’s disease does not destroy adrenal tissue.  Second, it does not kill – it is the addisonian crisis secondary to the underlying disease that is life-threatening.  Third, Ruth was outside the age range for developing this auto-immune disease.  Fourth, Addison’s disease is a slow, chronic condition developing usually over years, even taking up to 5 years (and multiple hospital visits) for a diagnosis.  Ruth went from onset of symptoms to death in a little under 3 months.  Fifth, we knew by this stage that the results of autopsies revealed that the spike protein accumulates in vital organs, such as adrenal glands, causing a massive pro-inflammatory, autoimmune response. This was in keeping with all the facts of our daughter’s case.

It is our position that the coroner did not do due diligence and chose to ignore the fact that Ruth had received a Pfizer jab 7 months earlier. The case was closed, and we were referred back to Ruth’s GP for “any further questions.”

We visited with Ruth’s GP and informed her of our position.  She helped us fill in a Yellow Card Report (UK version of VAERS), and encouraged us to attempt to engage with the coroner’s office, which we did.  We have never received a reply.

We are now part of VIBS-NI, a vax injury and bereavement support group for Northern Ireland.  On 10th July, 2024, we and a group of injured and bereaved met with the 1st and Deputy 1st Ministers to share our experiences.  We continue to support and represent vaccine injured and bereaved across Northern Ireland, and hope to connect with other similar groups in the near future.
