Date of onset of symptoms: 07/23/2021
First sought medical attention: 07/25/2021
Admitted to hospital: 07/27/2021
Treatment received at hospital: Treated poorly
Experience in hospital:
My husband was isolated, deprived of food and water, was not allowed to have me come visit with him sit with him, he was restrained even after being sedated and put on a been a ventilator.
My husband was a strong healthy man. He had a physical two months prior to getting Covid. He was told at that time his heart was in great condition, his liver was in great condition, his kidneys were in great condition. The only thing he suffered from was high blood pressure.
After going into the hospital and having the Covid protocol, his kidneys started to fail, his heart started to fail, and his liver started to fail. He developed blood clots and they started treating him with insulin. He was not diabetic prior to being there. They restrained him because he wanted to go home.
He called me and asked me to come get him, they would not let me in the hospital. I was allowed in one hour prior to his death, told I could be there one hour, but was not allowed to touch him. I feel that he was restrained and put on a ventilator because he was putting to much of a fuss about wanting out and they didn’t want to deal with that, so they ended his life.
