On Sept 7th my brother had back surgery. He was sent home same day. About 10 after he arrived at home he started having a fever, chest pain and was disoriented. His girlfriend called an ambulance on Oct 16 2021.

He was then diagnosed with MRSA and needed to be treated with antibiotics. We did get his records from Sept 16th thru discharge sept 22. On Sept 22nd, we arranged for him to come to my sister’s house. This was where our mother and my sister’s daughter lived.

I would help to administer antibiotics thru a pic line. An in-home nurse came to show us how to do this. Within that 10 day period, my mother started not feeling well. My mother was ambulanced Oct 2 to the hospital. And my brother on Oct 3. Looking at records we didn’t see if that hospital tested him for covid-19.

It’s just really strange that we all started not feeling well. My sister Julie tested positive no symptoms on Oct 3rd. I, Regina, neg same day, my other two sisters positive. Then I, Regna, tested pos oct 8…….. If the hospital did their job by testing before discharge and my brother would’ve remained in the hospital or Rehab and not sent to our home, that is neglect and malpractice
