Ric was moved 3 times where he met his demise in the ICU. He told them he didnt want to go to the ICU. He said he would never come out if they took him there. Ric died of septic shock due to mold developing in his mouth and traveling through his body. Later in the report we read he was highly susceptible to sepsis.

His nurse said that he's ok. He just has a little mold in his mouth. He died of septic shock.

He was miserable with the nurses. One nurse he took too was never seen in his room again. I brought fruit and Ensure drinks to him on a daily basis. Many times I tried to get in to see him and security denied me. They also never tested him for covid until he was on the ventilator and he was negative. They also didnt put in the report he had mold in his mouth. When he came too on the ventilator, he vomitted sepsis and they knocked him out with fentynol and he was gone the next morning.

No Dr ever called us to give us updates. We had to bug the nurses who got upset with us quite a bit. No caseworker was ever assigned to my husband.

He was deprived Ivermectin when requested it. He wasnt a candidate for the monoclonal antibody due to being admitted. His kidneys were affected by the remdesivir. They kept him on saline for the remainder in the ICU. Being high risk for sepsis he should have never been put on a ventilator. Mold began in his mouth, according to nurse, Mary and that was left out of the report.
