Healthy man dies- bad medical treatment

Kevin was attending the funeral of his mom in Maine, tested positive for Covid planned to drive home to Virginia three days later, but was unable to have confidence to drive the 13 hour drive with the symptoms.
When he walked into the ER (two times) was told he was not bad enough to be admitted. Ambulance brought him the third time they admitted him. He waited for 24 hours in the ER hall and was told by nursing staff they were holding Covid medications for the worse cases. And he was not the worse case.
So he did not get medication to fight off Covid. Only oxygen, on high flow mask, no back messages which was indicated to help move the Covid from his lungs, no rotating beds once ventilated. He was admitted in isolation room finally with a high flow oxygen for 7 days, then started to have a cardiac failure he fought to not be out in ventilator but doctor medicated him and out him on ventilator anyway.
I was not in the state yet to support in person. He remained isolated for about 17 days. He had good positive progression until he had E.coli after an enema. With 2 days he died.
