My husband was admitted to Hermann Hospital in Houston Texas on December 18, 2020.  They said he was positive for Covid and that his lungs had pneumonia. Every day that he was in the hospital he was deteriorating. I had no communication with doctors or nurses. I would leave messages to see if they were to give him ivermectin. I would talk to my husband on his cell phone. He would communicate with me. He was scared.

He said that he felt himself getting worse with the medicines that they were giving him.  He said that the Heparin and the steroids were making him feel sick. So I called the nurses station and told them to stop giving him so much of that because it was making him feel sick. They said that that was what they were supposed to give him for Covid and it was only going to help him.  But every day my husband’s oxygen levels kept getting worse to the point that we no longer could talk on the phone.

On December 29, 2020 my husband had a heart attack and that was the last day that I was able to speak to my husband.  On that day they vented him and he was never awake again.  They kept him in a state of paralysis. On January 10, 2021 I got a phone call that he was not going to make it. The ventilator was put in incorrectly. He had air in his chest and that he was being transported to the medical center to be put on the ECMO machine. When he arrived at Hermann Hospital in the medical center in Houston Texas, they said that he did not need to be put on the ECMO. They told me that there’s other things they can do prior to the ECMO.

At that point my husband was getting daily blood transfusions because he was  bleeding. He had a hole in his stomach from the Heparin  I had no idea so many things were happening because there was no communication. My husband went on at this hospital for several weeks; same thing no communication.  He was having fevers and kidney failure. They said he didn’t have kidney failure but he did have kidney failure. I just found that out. There was so much neglect. My husband passed away January 27,2021, alone. I signed for no autopsy and apparently his death certificate says he did have an autopsy. Until this day I don’t know what happened.
