My mother had open heart surgery on March 9, 2020, when the entire world shut down due to Covid.  During her open-heart surgery, the doctor botched her surgery, and she was in ICU for three weeks on a ventilator.

She came home for a week, and the day after Easter, she started retaining water and her oxygen level was down. The home health care provider called the ambulance to take her the hospital.  My mother had not yet fully recovered from open-heart surgery, and they would not let anyone in the emergency room.

Although she tested negative for Covid, her geriatric doctor put her into the Covid unit, and began her on the Covid protocol 48 hours later.  She never even tested positive for Covid, but I have her doctor on recording telling me that my mother was dying of Covid.  He stated, “You cannot not trust the Covid tests.

I needed to get her out of that hospital, so we contacted hospice. and we were planning to bring her home on hospice the day after she died. Instead of bringing her home, I got a phone call that afternoon from the hospital saying she wasn’t going to make it.  This was after I told the doctor not to put her on any opioids, because she had been ventilated from the open-heart surgery for almost 3 weeks, and she was just learning to breathe on her own.

When I got to the hospital, they had already started administering Dilaudid. and they had already been giving her Xanax. She was alert, talking, and happy she was going home. She told me what she watching on TV.  I started crying and said mom, “You’re going to die.” and she said, “No I’m not.”

We sat with her and we watched the Dilaudid take her life.  She started out happy then she could hardly speak anymore.  She asked me for a drink of water and she could not even swallow.  It just ran down her chin.  About 1:45 in the morning, I watched her monitor flat line, and I heard her take her last breath.

We received the death certificate and on it it said pneumonia no mention of Covid none at all. Why did they do this to my mother?
