In December on 2020, the “Fifteen Days to Slow the Spread” mask mandates were still in effect despite the wealth of information that showed that they were not effective.

I went last-minute grocery shopping on Wednesday, December 23rd, and had the police called on me for entering the store and exercising my right to refuse a mask.

Fort Worth Police arrived onsite, and I explained that I had a medical and religious right to refuse the mask and would not be coerced out of my rights.  The officer ignored me, and asked the business if they wanted me to leave and then trespassed me.

The officer chased me out of the store, through the parking lot, and to my truck. I entered my truck and locked the door.  The FWPD sergeant withdrew his baton and began striking my driver’s side windows, shattering glass across my face.  In fear of my life, I drove home. Multiple officers arrived to my home and began harassing my family and asking if I owned any firearms. They impounded my truck and charged me with 3 crimes (trespassing, resisting arrest, felony evasion with up to 10 years in prison).

The officers placed a warrant out for my arrest and upon turning myself in, as many as 8 Tarrant County officers were in the jail not wearing masks with mask mandates in full effect.  While in Tarrant County jail, I was harassed, assaulted, forced to take a Tuberculosis shot against my will, thrown in solitary confinement, and had one officer threaten to kill me for not wearing a mask.  Jail officer stated, “PUT YOUR MASK ON!!”. I responded that I didn’t have a mask. He replied, “PUT YOUR MASK ON OR I WILL COME IN THERE AND TAKE CARE OF YOU MYSELF!!! I’M NOT GOING TO LET YOU GET MY WIFE AND KIDS SICK!.”I asked him if he was threatening my life. Officer responded, “I DON’T THREATEN LIVES, I TAKE LIVES!!!”

The courts  refused to drop the charges. I went to Fort Worth PD and they stalked me and pulled me over and wrote me 2 moving citations.  I then went to the internal affairs division and they covered it up as well.

I now have 2 misdemeanors on my record. I went to my state representative, Craig Goldman, and he contacted the FW chief of police, Neil Noakes, and they sent 6 more officers to my home and surrounded me and began harassing me.  No one was ever held accountable to my knowledge.
