My husband in hospital for covid. The 2nd afternoon that I saw him, I went home and felt bad could not breathe. I drove myself to Med Express. Then I waited in car and called in. At that time, they took my pulse with pulse oximeter. I believe they said it was 29. So, they called the ambulance right away.
I was taken to Meritus Medical Center Emergency room. From what i could see on online portal, I first tested for covid 10:46 pm. The tests were all negative. I then tested again at 12:13 am the results say flagged critical. I have a #5058648 and this test says the ordering provider is “no name on file”. I then went to the Covid Floor. They put me on oxygen and I was monitored for 5 days.
I really do not recall much of anything going on. I was admitted they had me on oxygen and my cpap. It was dropped off nobody was to visit. I was given an iv then on day of discharge I was given 2 and a half bags of Remdesivir. The last bag was only a half because the ambulance came to take me home. The Nurse ripped iv out put bandage on left the room..Bandage didn’t hold the blood. Blood ran out of my arm all over the floor i screamed for help. I was rebandaged and the blood on the floor the nurse threw paper towel on floor wiped up with her shoe.
