Types of Activism: It would be helpful to know the statute of limitations. One year for medical malpractice and 2 years for wrongful death. One year is such a short time and most are still grieving and can't get records. We are trying to get legal representation now and running out of time with less than 2 months left for a wrongful death lawsuit. It would be helpful if we knew where to go to get help pursuing this.

My stepdad who raised me got Covid (Delta). He was walking and talking when he went into the hospital.
They gave him experimental treatments: Remdesivir, Convalescent Plasma, Barcitinib, and so much more. They did not consult with the family. They treated him badly because he was not vaccinated. My mom watched his health decline on the FaceTime application. His organs started to fail, he had a heart attack and septic shock. They overmedicated him with experimental protocols that cost him his life.
Now we are trying to seek attorneys but have run out of time due to one-year statute of limitations on medical malpractice, and only have two years from a wrongful death case. It will be two years on October 26, 2023, which is less than two months away. We are having a hard time getting all the records and finding someone to take the case. This is heartbreaking to learn the truth that they trying to sweep under the rug. WE NEED JUSTICE!
