Ian Bonnet was a healthy 51 yr. old man. He was a husband and a father. Ian came down with Covid around Aug 30^th, 2021. He tried to ride it out at home but by September 6^th, Ian told his wife he needed to go to the emergency room for some oxygen. Immediately they started administering remdesivir and enrolled Ian in a study for remdesivir. Ian was not told the risks of remdesivir or that it was under and EUA and unapproved.  He was supposed to be in the Active 6 trial that was studying effects of Ivermectin. However, once he got to the hospital, he was put in the remdesivir study.

Ian was completely isolated from his family and the hospital staff did not update Catherine often. In fact, at one point she went sixteen hours without talking to a doctor or a nurse. One day Ian texted his wife and told her they were making him worse and needed to get out. They were not feeding him or giving him anything to drink.

On the second day of being in the hospital they wanted to put Ian on a ventilator, even though his O2 stats were in the upper 80’s, low 90’s. Ian immediately said no to the vent but by later that day, they were forcing the vent on Ian, saying they “want to stay ahead of the game” and that it would only be for 2-3 days to give his lungs a rest. Something we have heard many times.

Ian went in on the 6^th, by the 15^th he had tested positive for antibodies and the 16^th  was taken off Covid precautions, yet they still would not let his family in to see him. The hospital said he was on the list to move, but that move never came. Ian stayed on the vent for 17 days as his health continued to deteriorate. Catherine was never given the impression that he was critical until the very end.

Ian Bonnet passed away on September 25, 2021. The hospital listed his death as Acute hypoxic respiratory failure, septic shock, Covid 19, bacteria infection and acute kidney injury. Classic reactions to remdesivir. What Catherine feels like he died from was hospital neglect, remdesivir, isolation and denial of early treatment. Ian, like so many others are victims of the FDA’s death protocol.
