Was the victim treated differently as a result of disclosing their vax status?: yes
How victim was treated differently after disclosing vax status:
He was isolated, given no food or water, not allowed to get out of bed and not put in prone position. Patient suffered from severe PTSD and all machines in his room were turned up . He felt like he was going crazy and wanted to leave the hospital.
The doctors ignored Linda's request to refer to his medical history that would indicate his allergic reactions to certain medications nor issue him his current medications.
Name of Victim: Byron Kendziora
Age: 51 years old
Admitted to hospital: 08/17/2021
Treatment received at hospital: Treated poorly
Experience in hospital:
Byron had two massive heart attacks while being intubated and Linda was not notified. She sat with Byron for the last 8 hours of his life and signed a DNR as bodily fluids seeped from his mouth. None, to minimal hygiene was indicative of his appearance.
When my husband was vented, the medical staff were not honest about what happened. I later found out he had 2 heart attacks while being vented. He had an allergy/sensitivity to epinephrine and I specifically told them to contact VA hospital for records. Then asked for him to be transferred and Dr. Greene told me they could not do that. My husband had just had hernia repair at the VA hospital and had to use different medications for surgery because of his reactions to drugs. I feel Trident Hospital totally disregarded this information. When in the ICU for the last time, the nurse told me he would never wake up and was not coming out of this and had me sign a DNR.
Killed by Hospital Protocol
Written by Linda Kendziora (spouse)
From the time, he was admitted to the hospital, he was isolated and put on oxygen per his medical records. He was doing better, but then they transferred him to Trident Medical Center. He texted me stating he was being moved again and not sure where he was going. I never received a phone call about the transfer. He later called telling me where he was. Then a nurse called. He went down fast and spent time in ICU on 3 different occasions. Each time he was moved back to the PCU, he would decline. I had to ask for his doctor to call me. When he did, I asked about other treatments like ivermectin or the transfusion the hospital was doing. He laughed at me and said that I didn’t know what I was talking about. He asked why he was not vaxed. I asked why he was not being proned. Dr. Greene said it was too difficult with the Bipap machine. He was not allowed to get up and walk. He was not given food or water. I watched a nurse through video, stand over him scolding him for drinking water from a cup that was left. She then made him an NPO. I reported her to the charge nurse and charge nurse said I needed to understand they were overworked and suffering from PTSD. It was like that day or the next that I got a call that he was going to be vented. They allowed me to see him one last time. He was restrained, lacked basic hygiene, and highly medicated. There was a “code” coming from the hallway and the nurses and doctors in my husband’s room left, but two. I heard one say, “looks like we will have another bed!”
