My husband contracted COVID 19. He was hospitalized and isolated. He was not allowed to sit up in bed other than 45 degrees, for a week. He was then allowed to sit up in a chair for an entire day.
He was put on a ventilator the very next morning early due to he was not able to breathe. I believe that he had an undiagnosed blood clot that went to his lungs caused by not being allowed to move. I also believe that Remdesivir was responsible for his decline.
