First sought medical attention: 11/22/2021
Admitted to hospital: 11/24/2021

Experience in hospital:
He was made to feel bad when he couldn’t control his bowels. I wasn’t given a lot of choices just told what they were doing. He was intubated before I was called.
My husband was very active prior to his death. He worked full time and lived a very active life. I blame the treatment or lack of for his death.
John’s Story
Written by Jodi Baker (Wife)
My husband died after being diagnosed with COVID-19. He went in the hospital and slowly declined. I wasn’t able to see him until after he was intubated. I had COVID-19 as well but no symptoms. I was never given an option to refuse medication or treatment. I asked for Ivermectin, and they told me they couldn’t get it.
