My Daughter is Gone Too Soon

My daughter and her husband went to the hospital for covid. They sent her husband home, and kept my daughter. They transferred her to Gallatin hospital after they had gave her the first dose of that drug (Remdesivir).
She did FaceTime me a couple of times, then they put her on a ventilator. They never spoke with her husband about her condition. They lied to us. They didn’t feed her. She had no feeding tube. She had a IV, and I’m sure that was for the medicine they were killing her with.
They had told me I could come see her after 20 days. So, the day before I was supposed to get to see my daughter, they called me that night and told me to get out there. I wouldn’t get to see her tomorrow; she was dying. When will hot there, her eyes had already rolled back in her head. She barely had any blood pressure, and that was my last time getting to see her.
As a mother, I feel I have failed my child. I was supposed to protect her. If I had only known, I would have taken her out of there so fast. She trusted them, and I did too.
There’s not a day goes by that I don’t live this. She left behind 2 children, a husband, a sister and brother, and her parents. I wish they had to pay for taking my daughter away and for lying to us.
