On may 2 2020 my mother was a 59 year old Alzheimer’s patient showing behavior not her normal range. I sent her to community hospital for testing for infection and she was tested negative for Covid 19 and told negative for urinary tract infection. We agreed to add mission as I was seeking long term care for her. I had just taken my mother from my father because his health was not good. The hospital would not allow visits and denied me video chats. Many things happened making me worry so on day 14 I fought and was granted a 5 minute visit.

I was made to turn my phone off before entering. I found my mother clearly ill. Long story short she did have a UTI and the testing on admission had never been done. They also did not make sure she was fed, clean or properly hydrated and she was not in good condition. On may 16th 2020 at about 9 pm she was transferred to a long term facility where on arrival she was tested as to protocol for Covid 19. On may 18 2020 she tested positive. Although completely asymptotic the dr treated Covid with doxycycline and plaquenil and completely ignored the story my mothers” lab work was telling. My mother recurved critical lab work on may 26th 2920 showing her infection was growing and her kidneys shutting down due to dehydration and malnutrition but nothing was done! We were not notified.

All this was not know to myself or family till I read her records a year later. There was no chest x ray, no ekg and again all records say “ asymptomatic “ yet her death is listed CoViD 19. I have been through the board of medical examiner’s and fought in court pro se to correct her death certificate. In my state you must be a licensed attorney. I have spent thousands at this point on the medical expert witness and court fees and I’m struggling to come up with the funds $5000 to go back with the attorney.

Our state chief medical examiner has also reviewed my mothers records as a courtesy I’d like to add so I was positive before I made a move I was sure this was not correct. It all led from neglect and ignorance. I’d be honored to share any and all information and documents including correspondence from the administration of the hospital. My goal has always been to go public and help others learn to advocate stronger against these monsters for our loved ones that can not for themselves.
