LENIENCY POLICY FOR INDIVIDUALS
On February 1, 2022, CHD, the Unity.Com, the Remdesivir Survivors and Next of Kin Group, and FFFF (Hereinafter the “Humanity Restoration Project (HRP)” announced a new proposed Leniency Policy under which a corporate health care provider relying on government treatment protocols can avoid criminal prosecution for violations of criminal law for administering drugs, vaccines and gene therapies without the informed consent of human patients by confessing its role in its individual capacity in his or her illegal or improper activities, fully cooperating with Enforcement Agencies, and meeting the other specified conditions. This would include all state, federal and international laws under the Nuremberg Code and Helsinki Protocols and others.
